We know it is not always easy to make your dreams come true but at MTH Collectibles we have the experience, resources and knowhow to turn your dreams into reality, so get in touch with us and let’s build your dream If you are building a simple slot car, train track, or you want to go all in and build a complete replica track, or town, we have done it all and can provide you with the expertise you will need! We also sell custom made products to help you in those difficult area's.

Additionally many people tend to think that keeping their favorite slot car, train or other item in a display box, or case will keep it ready to go and this is not the case. You need to know how to oil, tune, and adjust your collectible’s to keep them running and make them last, so let us help.

We do offer "Custom" or Special" order cars, that are carefully inquired about, what you want, colors, liveries, chassis's, motor's, wheels, tires, interiors and more, and then we work out a budget. Once a variable non-refundable deposit is made we can begin design, contacting vendors for parts and once everything arrives the hard work begins. Then we test the rolling chassis while the body and other parts cure and set. Once this is done if a custom livery is requested our graphics design team steps in and begins the time consumming and tedious process of creating the decals for the livery, and 3-5 weeks later (give or take 2-6 weeks depending on availabilty of parts, difficulty of the build and other factors). Then once everything is roughed out, we send you pictures and videos of the progress and you are given one (1) no charge chance to make minor adjustments or additional requests (more then the 1 free option change will be an extra fee. Then after any additions are made, more pictures, and updates are sent to you for your approval and if everything is to your liking then we will complete the build, then do extensive track testing, tear downs and rebuilds to make make sure that the car can be properly accessed and maintained and then a finaly video is made and shared with our YouTube community. Once the remaining balance is paid, the custom build is carfuly packaged, boxed and shipped as quickly as possible. These builds are mostly for the love of the hobby and the cars as labor wise we would have to charge 4 to 8 times more then what we charge to turn a acceptable porfit, thus these types of builds are typically for experienced buyers and vintage collectors and as they are 1 off custom builds, there are No Returns, No Refund, No Exchanges according to our policy listed on the side of the page as you, as the buyer are given all the information needed to make sure that the item you are getting is what you what, thus the constant updates, pictures, videos and confirmations. The process is a special feature and should be treated with respect and care as once you approve the item, it is yours to enjoy, or showcase, or whatever you wish to do with it, so let us help you and dont be affraid to ask, the more you ask, the more we can get a better idea of what you want.
